Detailed itinerary of Honeymoon Tour in Nepal 

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival 

Arrive at Kathmandu Tribhuwan international airport (TIA), then after clearing the immigration and customs process, outside the airport, you can meet our representative with garland for your warm welcome in Nepal. You will be transferred to Hotel. After that, we will have some rest in the hotel. As this your honeymoon tour in Nepal we will not make your schedule rush and tight, we will provide you enough time to spend together. In Kathmandu, we will have some major sightseeing:- Swayambhunath temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar square, Bhaktapur Durbar square.

Today we have 01 sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square and Thamel free time in the evening time.

Swayambhunath Temple(world cultural Heritage):- Swayambhunath is also known as Monkey Temple which was built more than 2000 years ago. Swayambhunath temple is at the hill station also an ancient temple of Kathmandu. It is at top of a hill from where we can watch the entire Kathmandu valley and panorama views of the Himalayas range from this hill station.

We can see a group of monkeys is roaming here and there all over the temple. You can capture your beautiful honeymoon journey in the reel at this beautiful hill station and old heritage site with antic design monasteries. We will spend approx 1hrs. in the Swayambhunath Temple.

Thamel:- Thamel is one of the famous touristic places of Kathmandu commonly known for Good Food, Music, Shopping, Vibrant colors. Here you can see different types of touristic shops of handicraft, gems shop, Pashmina, etc which represent the varieties of Nepal.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Drive to Nagarkot

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we will proceed with our journey to Nagarkot from Kathmandu. Today we will have sightseeing of Bouddhanath Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. These two places are always majestic places for photo memory with their decoration, wooden craft, elegant art, and history.

Bouddhanath Stupa: The Bouddhanath Stupa is known to be the holiest temple grounds in Kathmandu. Over the years, the temple has remained active after it was declared a UNESCO world heritage in 1979. The temple is also known as Bouddha Chorten Chempo. It has a diameter of 120 meters. Therefore, it is the largest temple and sacred ground in Nepal. This is a spiritual place with the two eyes of Buddha conveying the message of peace to you.

Bouddhanath stupa is built to take an octagonal shape. It is also fitted with prayer wheels that surround it. Also, from the interior, the temple is decorated with hanging clothes that are in a wide variety of colors. The Bouddhanath stupa temple is decorated with fire, colors, and water. Also, there are several Bouddha monasteries, priests, and servants who live in the temple. Therefore, the temple remains a holy ground and the utmost center for the Buddhist religion.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square: Bhaktapur is one of the oldest heritage sites in Nepal. The city is famous for elegant art, culture, and festivals. Bhaktapur is also known as ‘Bhadgaon’ and locally known as Khwopa. The historically and culturally rich city was found by King Ananda Dev Malla in 889 AD. The temples, palaces, ponds, and historical buildings are the major attraction of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur city sightseeing tour covers almost all the attractions of Bhaktapur city.

On the way, you can enjoy your ride with beautiful and greenery valley, fast-flowing Trishuli river, different range of mountains, the local village of Nepal. Chitwan is famous for wildlife adventures, jungle walks, elephant riding, cannoning to see different species of crocodiles and birds, 01 horn rhino, etc.

Day 4: Full-Day Jungle Safari in Chitwan National Park

Ø Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish-eating Gharial and more than 500 species of birds. Plus Jungle walk and on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing.
Ø Back to the hotel and have lunch at a hotel.

Day 5: Chitwan National Park to Pokhara

Breakfast at the hotel and start our journey from Chitwan to Pokhara. It takes approx 4/5 hrs to reach Pokhara by road. Pokhara is one of the beautiful cities of Nepal. The starting point of the trekking route. It is also known as Switzerland of Nepal with its beauty and nature. This city is rich with different beautiful lakes & caves and a stunning view of the Himalayas. It is surrounded by the different Himalayas.

After reaching Pokhara, we check in the hotel and have some rest. After resting we will have lunch and start exploring this beautiful city. Fewa lake – the most popular lake where you can enjoy boating in the lake and you can see a stunning view of different peaks while boating. You can easily spend there 2/3 hrs with the fresh air of the mountain. After the lake, we will explore Pokhara city. You can see the different shops in Nepali authentic products, bars, and restaurants, and many more.

After exploring the city we will have our dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Pokhara Sightseeing Day

Today we will wake up a little early and move to Sarangkot to watch the stunning and panoramic view of sunrise behind the high mountain closely. If you love nature then you will not forget this moment in your lifetime, where you can capture your moment on camera. After Sarangkot we will be back at the hotel and have breakfast and have some rest at the hotel. After resting some time we will move for another sightseeing – Davis fall, and world peace pagoda.

David Fall:- The waterfall has a length of 500 meters and a depth of 100 feet. Though the waterfall flows all year round it is best viewed from June to September. An interesting note about the waterfall is that it runs down some rocks before disappearing into an underground tunnel leading to Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave.

World Peace Pagoda:- It is the Buddhist stupa located on the hill and it is also short hiking. The stupa is a very beautiful design and color with full white. From this Stupa, you can see the Annapurna range, Pokhara city, Fewa Lake, and much scenic beauty.

Day 7: Drive Back to Kathmandu

Breakfast in the hotel and move from the beautiful city Pokhara to again Kathmandu. Lunch on the way. It takes 6/7 hrs by road to reach Kathmandu city. After reaching Kathmandu we will have sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Kathmandu Durbar Square, also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar, used to be the residence of the Nepali royal family and administrators. This ancient palace lies in the heart of the city. It consists of a huge Royal Palace with different temples, inside as well as outside the temple, dating from the 15th to the 18th century. This palace is named after Hanuman, the monkey god, as a stone statue of Hanuman is placed right next to the main entrance protecting the whole palace.

After this Durbar Square sightseeing if time remains then we will explore ourselves and shopping as needed. Then we will have dinner. Today we will have an authentic Nepali dinner with a cultural dance show. After dinner overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Departure Day
