Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu/Delhi/Dhaka/ Bangkok to Paro and Transfer to Hotel in Thimpu
You can take a flight from your convenient location (Kathmandu/Delhi/Dhaka/Bangkok/Singapore) to Paro. Complete the formalities in the custom of Paro and you will be welcomed by our office guide in the airport with greetings. You don’t have to carry a passport size picture now for the custom.
You will be transferred to your hotel in Thimpu and welcome drinks will be offered. Explore the city and surrounding in the evening on your own. Enjoy dinner in the hotel.

Day 2: Full day Sightseeing Tour in Thimphu and Transfer to Paro
You will have a wonderful breakfast in the hotel and go for a full day of Thimpu sightseeing. We will cover some of the major attractions on Thimpu today in our whole day tour. Attractions like Traditional School of arts & crafts, Visit Memorial Chorten, Zilukha Nunnery, Heritage Museum, Takin Sanctuary, Tashicho Dzong, Indigenous Hospital, and Textile Museum are visited with local English-speaking guide.
Besides these, you will also visit Paper Factory, Zangdopelri Temple, and other attractions later. Once your sightseeing is over, you will be transferred to Paro. You can enjoy dinner in the hotel and over in Paro.

Day 3: Hike to Tiger’s Nest Temple and Explore the local area later
Today, we will have breakfast in the hotel and hike towards the icon of Bhutan, Tiger’s Nest Monastery which is also known as Taktsang Monastery. The Tiger’s Nest Monastery is situated at an elevation of 3180 meters from sea level. You need to hike for 2.5 hours to reach the Monastery for average hikers so you need to allocate approx. 5 hours for this attraction. The hiking trail goes through a forest paved with stones and a well-maintained hiking trail.
And for the one who is not able to hike, you can rent a Pony at your extra cost which costs US $ 25 for a complete ride.
Once the hike is over, we will drive back to the city and visit National Museum, Kichu Lhakhang, and Ringpung Zong. Explore the city on your own and understand the lifestyle and culture of locals in the evening.
