Itinerary of Kalinchowk Tour Package
Day 1: Kathmandu to Kalinchowk
We will head towards our destination, Kalinchowk. Our total journey will be 6 hours by jeep. We will make a couple of stops on the way for tea or a toilet. Reach the hotel in the evening. You will be welcomed by Welcome drinks in the hotel and a room will be allocated. Enjoy the evening with a campfire, music, singing, and drinks with your friends. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Kalinchowk to Kathmandu
Exploring the local village early in the morning. And interested can hike up to the Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple early in the morning. We will return back to Kathmandu today. Our total ride will be around 6 hours. We will stop on the way to have Lunch.

Kalinchowk Cable Car Price, Schedule, Ticket, Booking
The cable car in Kalinchowk is Nepal’s third installation after the Manakamana Cable car and Chandragiri Cable Car. You can take a cable car ride to reach the top of Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple and pay homage to the Bhagwati god. The base of Kalinchowk Cable Car is in Kuri Village which connects with Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple.
Kalinchowk Cable Car was established in 2018 after a large number of travelers traveled to Kalinchowk for snowfall and rituals. The 2.5 KM long cable car is a boon for older age people who are not able to hike to the top of the temple. 2.5 KM long cable car takes approx. 6 minutes to reach the top base and you need to hike 10 minutes to reach the top hill.
There are only four gondolas in the cable car which capacity is to carry 10 people or a max of 800 KG at once. You can either hike or take a cable car ride to reach the temple. Kindly be informed that Cable Car Ticket is not part of the Kalinchowk Tour Package so you need to purchase it yourself.
