To make our package animal friendly, we don’t promote Elephant Back Safari in Chitwan National Park. Instead of Elephant Back Safari, we will be doing a Jeep Safari inside National Park. Itinerary of Chitwan 1 Night 2 Days Package
Day 1: Kathmandu to Chitwan + Jungle Safari
07:00 AM: We will drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park and for our 1 Night 2 Days Chitwan tour package. The drive takes around 4-5 hours.
We will travel by the edge of Trishuli River which is the perfect place for white water rafting. River, Mountain View, hills, and small-town are the attraction of this drive.
11:30 AM: Once you reach the hotel, you will be welcomed by welcome drinks and check-in to the Hotel. Once the check-in process completes, change your clothes and get ready for lunch.
12:30 PM: We will go for a half-day Sharing Jeep Safari inside Chitwan National Park. A jeep is accompanied by a trained nature guide. During the Jeep Safari in Chitwan National Park, you can see a Royal Bengal tiger, sloth bear, leopard, one-horn rhino, peacock, wild boar, spotted dear, monkey, and more wild animals.
Besides wild animals, you also can see crocodiles, different species of birds, and reptiles in this journey.
The crocodile breeding center is another attraction of this journey. You can see the breeding center of crocodile and Magor Marsh inside the park which is run by National Park.
05:30 PM: Sunset views from the bank of Rapti River and return back to the hotel.
07:00 PM: Tharu culture program starts and we will go to watch live local Tharu dance in the theater. The cultural dance lasts for an hour where you also can participate if you wish at the end of the show.
08:00 PM: Dinner and overnight in the Resort.
Day 2: Sauraha, Chitwan to Kathmandu/Pokhara
07:00 AM: Breakfast
08:00 AM: Tharu Village Tour where you can see the lifestyle and culture of the local Indigenous Tharu Tribe of Nepal. Mudhouse and simple lifestyle are the major highlights of Tharu people. Along with a village tour, we will go for a government elephant Stable visit, a short jungle walk and return back to the hotel.
10:00 AM: Your Chitwan 1 Night 2 Days package ends here so we will drive towards our next destination.
